SMILE! You’re on vacation


Vacations is something we don’t take lightly. Whether this is your very first time to the area or your annual family getaway we want to make each and every minute of it both memorable and enjoyable. Below we’ve outlined some of what you can expect during your stay with us. Beyond just renting you four walls, we love to go the extra mile and make your visit with us extra special so be sure to get in touch with us and let us know of any special occasions, celebrations, etc. See you soon!


Arrival & Departure

Check In is any time after 4:00P and checkout any time before 10:00A. Early check in and late checkout may be available, inquire the day prior to arrival/ departure.


Contactless Check-in

We are happy to offer contactless check-in at all of our properties. Guests will use the digital code they receive 2 days prior to arrival to access their property. Should anything be needed during your stay, were just a quick call away. On checkout day, just be sure to depart prior to 10:00A.


Towels & Linens

Guests will arrive to each of our properties to find each bed fully made up with a towel setup (1 bath towel/ 1 hand towel/ 1 wash cloth) per person per the posted maximum occupancy as listed in the website listing. While were unable to bring additional linen/ terry beyond the max occupancy, all of our homes have washers and dryers with most of our properties having dual laundry rooms.


Damage Waiver

Each one of our properties comes with rental damage protection in the event of accidental damage. This covers things like the occasion broken glass, wall scuffs, broken coffee pot.


Rental Agreement

Guests at all of our properties must sign a digital rental agreement prior to receiving any arrival details/ access information. The agreements are pretty straight forward and can be reviewed before booking.

While we never anticipate anything breaking or failing during a guests stay, things happen that are not always in our control but rest assured our response time is one of the many things that set us apart from the rest. We can usually respond to most common issues in < 1 hour.



No slow internet speeds here, all of our properties have wireless internet access available with speeds ranging by neighborhood from 100mbps all the way to 1,000mbps.


Pool/ Spa

Each and every one of our properties has its own private pool and spa. We always recommend supervising children and never swimming alone. Pool & spas can be heated for $40/ day year round.



We take the safety and security of our guests and team members very seriously. All of our homes are equipped with PointCentral electronic deadbolt door locks with each guest receiving their own expiring code, pool screens/ gates, signage noting where the nearest police station & hospital is, and more. All of our properties also receive a post-clean inspection to ensure a near perfect stay.
