Their winemaking process includes sourcing grapes from California and around the world. The grapes are crushed nearby, fermented, barrel-aged, and blended on-site.

This is also an eco-friendly wine experience! They reduce their carbon footprint by serving wine on tap in reusable kegs that hold the equivalent of 26 bottles of wine. This eliminates the need for glass, cork, and capsules, and the taps use inert gas to preserve the wine, eliminating oxidation, which ensures the last glass will be just as fresh as the first.

Enjoy a selection of charcuteries and chocolate in their tasting room that is beautifully decorated with works from local artists and are available for purchase.
